The Foundation’s aim is to promote and improve the quality of orthodontic care, and to facilitate access to such care in Switzerland, mainly the French-speaking part.

The Foundation’s activities

Initially, the Foundation decided to focus its activities on education, an area close to Dr Olsburgh's heart. 
The Foundation's inaugural event was held on 15 December 2023 with a fantastic training day for dentists, orthodontists and postgraduates in orthodontics (more).

A continuing education programme has been launched with top-level speakers from abroad, generally from the United States. The next conference is scheduled for 4 April 2025 (more).

The Foundation is setting up a training programme for the personnel working or wishing to work in orthodontic practices. The first modules will take place in September and November 2024 (more).

Finally, the Foundation will gradually establish partnerships with universities and other organisations in Switzerland and abroad, for example to award a prize for excellence and study or research grants or loans.
